Co-founder of Boulder Longevity Institute and Faculty Member at SSRP
Dr. Elizabeth Yurth is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine, and the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Boulder Longevity Institute (BLI). A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine with residency training at UC Irvine, she completed a prestigious Sports and Spine Medicine fellowship at the Stanford-affiliated SOAR clinic. With over 30 years of experience as an orthopedist, Dr. Yurth has pivoted from traditional "sickcare" to a pioneering approach she calls "Tomorrow’s Medicine Today," focusing on healing the body at the cellular level to reverse chronic degeneration rather than simply managing symptoms.

She is a sought-after keynote speaker and educator, empowering patients through her Human Optimization Academy, which translates complex medical science into actionable longevity strategies. Dr. Yurth is also a frequent expert guest on top-tier health and biohacking podcasts, including Smarter Not Harder and The Thyroid Fixer, where she advocates for replacing the "wear and tear" myth of aging with proactive, science-backed protocols for lifelong vitality.
